We do offer refunds for products purchased directly from us which are returned in the same condition that they were received in, with tags and liners intact.
If you would like to arrange a return, please contact our team by submitting a support ticket from here and we will provide you with all the information required. Please note that we do not offer free returns, and the return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges; if you wish to exchange a product we would recommend that you place a new order and return the current one.
Any returned parcels sent by a customer without acknowledgement from a member of the support team will not be returned or refunded.
